Mercer and Health Advocate offices will be closed on Thursday, December 25, and Friday, December 26th in observance of Christmas. Trust members may contact Health Advocate and leave a message for a return call the next business day. If you would like to contact Health Advocate call 1-877-325-7265 option 2.
Since the Mercer office will be closed on the 26th, the Mercer retiree service center will be open until 5:00 pm CT on Wednesday, December 24, 2014. Health Advocate call center will be operating normal business hours.

2015 Insurance Trust for Delta Retirees Annual Open Enrollment Update
The Annual Open Enrollment period ended Friday, November 7, 2014. Benefit election forms will be accepted through December 31, 2014, however submitting your elections or changes now may delay your receipt of policy material or ID cards until after the new plan year begins on January 1, 2015.

Cards and Welcome Kits are in the mail! You will receive separate packages from The Hartford’s administrator Mercer (for your Medical Plan) and Express Scripts (for your Prescription Drug Plan).
New Trust Medical Plan Members:
Cards and Welcome Kits will be mailed within 6 weeks of receipt of your complete enrollment.
Confirmation statements showing your 2015 Trust Plan benefit elections processed as of December 1, 2014, will be mailed by Friday, December 19, to your home address on file, from the Retiree Service Center.
Important Reminder: Delta Air Lines, Inc. will mail their confirmation statements mid-December. Not all Retirees with Delta coverage (such as Life Insurance) will receive a confirmation statement from Delta. Statements will only be sent to those who have dropped Delta coverage requiring a HIPAA certificate (such as medical insurance), and those that made elections through Delta’s ESC and/or requested a confirmation.
If you do receive a confirmation statement from Delta, it may state “No Medical Coverage”. Remember this pertains to Delta coverage only. Your Insurance Trust for Delta Retirees Benefits Confirmation Statement will be mailed to you by Friday, December 19.

Recent UnitedHealthcare Mailing to Trust Prescription Drug Plan Members
Your Prescription Drug Plan will move to Express Scripts as of January 1, 2015, and the 2014 Prescription Drug Plan with UnitedHealthcare will terminate. Current Members' coverage will transfer to Express Scripts automatically, no action is needed.
A letter was prepared specifically for Trust Prescription Drug Plan Members announcing this change, but UnitedHealthcare mailed a standard form letter on November 19, 2014 in error. The correct letter may be viewed here. If you have questions or concerns please contact a Personal Health Advocate at 1-877-325-7265, Option 2.
- New Name for the UnitedHealthcare Travel Assistance Program
On October 30, 2014 the Travel Assistance Program provided by UnitedHealthcare changed its name from FrontierMEDEX to UnitedHealthcare Global. All phone numbers and services remain the same. Your current ID card also remains valid.
Trust Medical Plan Members can continue to use the services provided by UnitedHealthcare Global through December 31, 2014. On January 1, 2015 the Travel Assistance Program for Trust Medical Plan Members will be provided by Europ Assistance USA, through the Hartford Group Retiree Medical Plan.
