Medicare Advantage Plans

The Insurance Trust offers three Medicare Advantage plan options, including a $0 Premium Standard Plan, an Enhanced Plan, and a Prime Plan. All three plans, provided by Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, include ITDR’s Prescription Drug Plan and cover inpatient (Part A) and outpatient (Part B) care.

You can feel confident knowing your healthcare is covered by one of the nation’s largest and most established insurers. The PPO plans have no network restrictions, allowing you to see any provider who accepts Medicare and the plan without needing referrals.

Please note: When you select a medical plan, enrollment in the Trust’s Prescription Drug Plan is automatic. However, the two are separate plans with their own distinct deductibles and out-of-pocket costs.

Three plan options:

• $0 Premium Standard and Enhanced Plans: You will pay copays for most services.
• Prime Plan: You will have no out-of-pocket costs after your monthly premium, except for an Emergency Room copay, meaning you might never see a medical bill again.

• Covers generic, brand-name, and high-cost specialty drugs
• Foreign travel assistance and emergency care coverage
• 90-day supplies of maintenance medications delivered to your home
• Hearing aid coverage includes devices provided by Truhearing*
• SilverSneakers Fitness membership
• Telehealth visits at a $0 copay through LiveHealth Online
• $0 copay for preventive care, including annual wellness visits

Looking Up Medicare Advantage Providers Online

For prospective members, you can search for doctors, pharmacies, or other healthcare providers in your area with our Find Care tool by following these steps:

1. Visit anthem.com and choose the Find Care option.
2. Under the “Use Member ID for Basic Search” section, enter YGZ and click Continue.
3. You can also contact our First Impressions Welcome Team for assistance.

Tip: If no providers appear in your search results, it may be because the Primary Care Provider (PCP) filter is applied by default. To expand your search results, try selecting provider types such as Family/General Practice, Internal Medicine, or Nurse Practitioners. Note, some providers may not be registered as a PCP, which can affect search results.

Some providers who aren’t in our network may not realize they can still work with us. You can give them this helpful document, and if they have questions, our First Impressions Welcome Team can explain how to submit a claim for your visit.
