The Insurance Trust offers three Medicare Advantage plan options to meet the needs of our Members: Standard, Enhanced, and the Prime plan. Insured by Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, you’ll have peace of mind knowing your healthcare is covered by one of the largest, most established health insurers in the nation.

These are PPO plans, with no network restrictions, so you have the freedom to see any provider who accepts Medicare and the plan, and you don’t need referrals. Each plan includes prescription drug coverage. You can even enjoy a $0 monthly premium if you choose the Standard plan. The new Prime Plan offers peace of mind with very low or no out-of-pocket medical cost after premium, with a $0 deductible, and $100 emergency room as the only copayment.

With all Insurance Trust Medicare Advantage Plans:

• Medical and prescription benefits are all now provided by Anthem covering Medicare Part A, Part B, and Part D. Use any doctor or hospital who accepts Medicare and the plan.
• You can see any doctor, care provider, or specialist who participates in Medicare and accepts your plan anywhere in the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands
• Premiums that don’t increase based on age
• $0 cost for preventive care and annual wellness visits
• Coverage on generic and brand-name drugs, as well as high-cost specialty drugs
• Low cost on select generic drugs up to a 90-day supply
• Hearing Aid Coverage with hearing aids provided by Hearing Care Solutions.*
• Foreign travel emergency care coverage
• SilverSneakers Fitness Membership
• Virtual online doctor visits provided by LiveHealth Online with $0 out of pocket cost

Enrollment in the Trust’s Prescription Drug Plan is automatic when selecting a Medical plan, however they are separate plans with separate deductibles and out of pocket costs.
