The Insurance Trust’s Prescription Drug Plan (Medicare Part D) is included* when you enroll in any of our Medicare health plans.
The plan is insured by Anthem and administered by CarelonRx, so you can rely on a company for all your medical and pharmacy needs. The plan provides a nationwide network of pharmacies. You may pay even less at one of 27,000 preferred retail network pharmacies in your plan’s network.

- Low cost select generic drugs up to a 90-day supply for only $4
- Deductible is waived for all Select Generics and Generics
- $250 brand only deductible
