New: My Benefits & Billing Platform Now Available
The new My Benefits account and billing portal is now live. Members must re‑register and create an updated username and password. Use the red “Log In to access My Benefits” button at the top right of this home page.

Please refer to this flyer for step‑by‑step instructions. You will need your certificate number and ZIP code. By registering, you can view billing and plan summaries and use single‑sign‑on (SSO) links to ITDR insurance carriers. Even if you don’t need to make changes now, we encourage you to log in.
