My Benefits & Billing Platform
The My Benefits account and billing portal allows members to manage their account, view billing and plan details, and access insurance carriers. Members will need to register to access the portal, including existing members who may need to re-register and create a username and password.
To get started, use the red “Log In to access My Benefits” button at the top right of this page.
Please refer to this flyer for step-by-step instructions. You will need your certificate number and ZIP code to register.
Once registered, you can:
- View billing details and plan summaries
- Access ITDR insurance carriers using single sign-on (SSO)
