Look Up Medicare Advantage Providers Online

For prospective members, you can search for doctors, pharmacies, or other healthcare providers in your area with our Find Care tool by following these steps:

  1. Visit anthem.com and choose the Find Care option.
  2. Under the “Use Member ID for Basic Search” section, enter YGZ and click Continue.
  3. You can also contact our First Impressions Welcome Team for assistance.

Your Doctor Is Not in the Network?

Some providers who are not in our network may not realize they can work with us. Contact our First Impressions Welcome Team, and we’ll explain to them how they can submit a claim for your visit.

Our First Impressions Welcome Team will help you make a smooth transition into any of ITDR’s Medicare Advantage plans. We provide retiree-dedicated expertise, individual support, tools, resources, and answers to your questions about prescriptions, coverage, and choosing care providers.
