2026 Enrollment Information
Enrollment packets will be mailed by October 6th, 2025.
Enrollments and changes for 2026 can be made starting Monday, October 13th.
The items included are available on this tab (with the exception of the personalized summary of current benefit elections provided to existing Members).
If you do not receive your enrollment kit by October 17th, please call the ITDR Retiree Service Center at 1-877-325-7265, to request it.
Updates for 2026:
- No changes to insurance companies or service providers
- No benefit changes to ITDR’s two Supplemental-type plans, including the Standard Supplement Plan which has not changed since its start in 2007
- No benefit changes to ITDR’s Enhanced or Prime Medicare Advantage Plans; some copay changes to the Standard Medicare Advantage Plan, which will maintain $0 monthly premium
- Medical Premiums will increase due to the impact of regulatory changes and healthcare inflation
- No change to the $250 brand-only deductible for prescription drugs, and the covered drug list (formulary) will continue to cover over 99% of prescriptions used by Delta retirees
- New options for Pet Insurance and ID & Fraud Protection

New Enrollee, or Member making changes for 2026? Please take action by November 7th, to ensure processing in time for January 1, 2026. Changes may be made through December 31, but this could delay your receipt of new ID cards and plan materials.
Current Member and NOT making changes? No action is needed. Your current elections will be continued for 2026, and you will receive a Confirmation Statement in late December.
Standard Medicare Advantage Plan members will receive new Medical ID cards for 2026. All Supplemental Plan, and Medicare Advantage Enhanced and Prime Plan members will save ID cards for continued use in 2026.
