2021 Annual Enrollment

October 12 – December 31, 2020

Make updates by November 6th to ensure your new ID cards and plan documents arrive before January 1, 2021.

Enrollment packets are mailing the week of October 5, 2020. The information included is available on this tab, with the exception of the personalized summary of current benefit elections provided to existing Members.

If you have not received your enrollment kit by October 26, call the Retiree Service Center at 1-877-325-7265, Option 1 to request another copy.

New for 2021!

  • We’re adding a brand-new “Enhanced Plus” Medicare Advantage plan option. This plan has a $0 deductible and a $1,500 maximum annual out of pocket cost limit, with most services covered at 10% coinsurance. This plan may be a fit for Supplement-type Plan Members considering the premium savings Medicare Advantage plans offer.

  • The Trust’s Dental Plans will be insured by Delta Dental. Members will have the same great benefits, with lower premiums, and greater plan flexibility. For more information, view a brief video about Delta Dental here.

Health Advocate™ will provide unlimited assistance in reviewing and explaining Trust Plan information, or comparing the Plan to any others you may be considering.

Current Member and not making changes? No action is needed. Your current elections will be continued for 2021, and you will receive a Confirmation Statement in late December.

Enrolling for the first time, or making changes to your benefits for 2021? Please complete updates by November 6, 2020 to ensure processing in time for January 1, 2021. Changes may be made through December 31, but this could delay your receipt of new plan materials.
