As ITDR celebrates 20 years of serving Delta retirees and their families, we remain committed to providing exclusive group Medicare plan options designed specifically for the Delta family. Today, more than 26,000 members rely on ITDR for access to high-quality group Medicare coverage.
Annual Enrollment: October 12 – December 31, 2026
Enrollment packets were mailed the week of October 5, 2026.
The materials included in the enrollment packet are available on this page, with the exception of the personalized summary of current benefit elections provided to existing members.
If you do not receive your enrollment kit by October 16, please call the ITDR Service Center at (877) 325-7265 to request it.

New Enrollee or Member Making Changes for 2027?
Make changes by November 6, 2026, to have ID cards in hand for the new year.
If you enroll in an ITDR plan or make changes to your coverage by November 6, you can expect to receive your ID cards and Welcome Kit before January 1, 2027. Enrollments or changes made after November 6, 2026, may result in new plan materials being received after the start of the new year.
Changes may still be made through December 31, 2026.
Current Member and Not Making Changes?
If you do not wish to make any changes, no action is necessary. Your current benefits will automatically roll over for 2027 at 2027 premiums. Confirmation Statements showing your 2027 ITDR plan benefit elections will be mailed in late December to your home address on file from the ITDR Service Center. Simply watch for your Confirmation Statement in the mail.
ID Cards and Welcome Kits
New Trust Plan Members
If you enrolled in one of the ITDR plans on or before November 6, 2026, you can expect to receive your ID cards and Welcome Kit before January 1, 2027. Elections or changes made after that date may delay your receipt of new plan materials.
Current Trust Plan Members
- All Medicare Advantage Plan members, and anyone making plan changes, will receive a new ID card for 2027.
- Existing ID cards for Supplemental Plan Members and Dental and Vision Plan members will continue to be used in 2027.
